The Estonian Network on Occupational Health and Safety was established in January 2001 by several key governmental and non-governmental agencies with assistance of the EST-FIN Twinning Project.
The overall goal of the network is to provide a framework that enables more afficient utilization of information and other capacities. Information and various capacities on OH&S often are administratively separated and scattered at different agencies.
